Our website offers you the possibility to contact us or to register to our events. By completing the relevant form, you express your will to participate to our annual European transport forum.

We only process identification data you provided us with while completing the form (such as your name, surname, position, professional email address, postal address, and any relevant information) for the purposes of client administration (client management, invitation to events, marketing etc.) and of maintaining contact with you. We also process information relevant to surveys and/or invitations to events, and other information such as your preferences and interests. Such processing is based on our legitimate interest to conduct our business and we only keep the data as you long as you hold your position and/or as it is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes.
